If you own the Rockstar Pass (or the Complete Edition) you should see DLCs marked as "Owned - Download". You need to download each separately, after installing the writing will change to "Owned - Installed". Rockstar Pass and Desks (Vice, Homicide, Arson) will still be marked as "Owned - Download" even after installing. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Shit takes time, and I'm sure they look into ever matter when people complain that something isn't working the way it's inteded too. At which point, an informerative update is kinda pointless without bieng simutaniously tied to a final conclusion to the matter, whether it's bad or good.
