The time patroller should be in the very first area straight in front of you. If he does not appear retry until he does. But be warned it took me over 20 tries to get the final Dragon ball, it's 100% a random drop. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ENIGMA-19 Posted March 19, 2015 Share Posted March 19, 2015 Yes, Parallel Quest 12 is the best choice for farming Dragon Balls as you will not be wasting your time fighting other opponents before the chance appearance of a Time Patroller. You can just keep retrying until the Time Patroller shows up and you get a Key Item (a Dragon Ball) from defeating him or her. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
