Parker Posted March 27, 2015 Share Posted March 27, 2015 I'm not sure about demos but I know that on full games the PS4 will allow you to start certain parts of a game while other parts still download. However if it hasn't been able to download enough of the game, you can't start anything. I'd try leaving your system on for another half an hour or so and see if it needed to download some more data to be able to start the demo.
