Peace Eros Z - ZERO ESCAPE 3 CONFIRMED!

Recommended Posts

It seems they are still doing something with it, I will probably wait until you get info about the refund =D

Or should I use the re-ship company... xD

EDIT: It seems there is a riot on review section, hopefully Aksys/Amazon does something to that, because this is one hella BS they pulled.

This guy must be either stupid or has no idea about what is going on.

Just because you don't want to pay for something you are NOT supposed to pay and write a tweet about it makes you a hater

Though, considering that tweet, if we believe him, it seems Amazon does this shit themselves since he says Aksys does not handle retailer distribution methods.

Which... pretty much means they are throwing blame on others.

I didn't get the refund today like i was promised. After contacting Amazon again today the CSR told me i was fed false info and should expect the refund when it arrived. I mean what am i supposed to think now?

I'm seriously fed up with this whole situation.

Looking at some reddit/neogaf posts the watches appear to be from the broken batch as well. Arriving with broken cases & scratched surfaces. Or just broken all together.

I have no fucking clue why amazon decided "alright let's just mark it $500 and let the customers sort it out" Why not just make a mailing list and ship it out to all the addresses that paid for the package? not to mention people from outside of america have to pay stupid high import fees because they marked it $500. And you can't even be "well just buy it in your own country" because outside of amazon this shit is a nightmare to get.

This really just feels like amazon trying to bank off this. Like I understand that customs fees are just something that HAS to be paid for but they'd be significantly cheaper if they listed the items cheaper and had made them exclusive to the buyers.

Overall this really just looks like Amazon being lazy as hell, I don't really see how arksys could step in other than issuing refunds themselves but that would be a mess all on it's own. What a disaster.

And the bonus item was pretty lazy too...

Okay, this is simply BS...

I was informed I would get the money back, but seeing this... I'm not so sure now.

Not to mention, apparently Amazon puts the price on box so you would have to pay custom fees anyway o.O

I think I'm screwing this and using the re-ship service. Sure, I'll be paying a few for shipping, which should not happen, but better than handling BS with customs...

Apparently, scratches are intended, so it looks like it came out of Nonary game, lol.

Not lazy, they are cleverly trying to cash on this because it's absolutely free for US customers.

Yeah, my watch just arrived from Gamestop US, and it was scratched despite being in a well-protected oversized box. I think the scratches are intended just like you said. I guess it's like pre-worn jeans that have been sold new for years now (at least here in the US, because our fashion is stupid).

I haven't worn a watch in years, but I'm half tempted to wear this one around. I'm not a collector, so I don't keep things in boxes to look at (not that there's anything wrong if that's your thing, it's just not mine). It's a fairly nice watch, but I'm not sure how much more nerdy it would make me to wear it in public. I was recently on jury duty and nobody is allowed to bring phones into the court building. A watch would have been handy that day, but normally I do just look at my phone for the time. Hmm, decisions decisions.

I only read the last page or two, but it sucks that people are getting screwed with the watches. I don't like using Gamestop for anything but at least they delivered the watches (several months after the game was shipped out, but better late than never).

Not too bad, i've seen worse arrivals. However, not sure what that extra red dot is about and it's annoying the crap out of me :/

What about the import charges? Did you get them back?

I said screw it and used the re-ship company...

It's better to pay for shipping than to argue about import charges due to Amazon being idiotic.

Well, anything is better than what Amazon did...

Wtf...

Seriously, Amazon screwed this pretty badly.

Every time i contacted Amazon CS they told me something else too. First time they said i'd get it immediately when it shipped. Second time they told me i'd get it when the watch arrived. And now i talked with a "specialist" and he told me that he will forward my problem to their marketing team and they'll get back to me in 1-2 business days.

I send an extra email with the whole ordeal as well, just in case. Maybe sending an email does more than doing a chat.

I will get that money back  :shakefist:

Jesus...

But at least you did not get charged at customs?

Well, that is one thing Amazon does correctly.

But now I wouldn't actually be surprised if they said something 'Welp, we paid for your customs, nothing to give you back, because F U'...

Actually i just received an email that my refund has been processed. It already displays on my order, just need to check with my mom to see if she received it :D

Yipeee!

Nice, Amazon may actually be able to handle the situation =D

I've never had trouble with them, but I've only had to contact them a few times. I have ordered a few DVD/Blu-ray sets from Amazon UK (I live in the USA) and I remember two times where I didn't receive the set due to weather or something causing international shipping delays. Both times I contacted Amazon and they shipped out a second copy, and I got both. I contacted them back just to be safe and they told me to hang onto it because it was too much hassle to ship back internationally.

Hopefully they stop screwing around with you and get this one straightened out.

This is it. For USA citizens, everything works well.

We, international buyers, have it harder because of stupid import charges and tax :(

Interestingly enough, one of my friends sent a postcard with a small gift (I think it was a DVD or something similar) to a another friend in the UK. It couldn't have weighed more than 5 pounds. They tried to charge our British friend a huge fee (I forget exactly but I think it was more than $50) in import charges. I think he ended up not picking it up.

Also, I have sometimes wondered about becoming an ex-pat and living abroad, especially in recent years with such stupidity taking over American politics... but then how would I get my precious physical media? I practically live off Amazon USA!
