Does Anybody Have a Hidden NPC Guide?

Hi guys,

 

So I finished Bloodborne and didn't find any of the NPC's I could tell to go to the Cathedral Ward, Isofeka's Clinic, etc. and was hoping someone knew of a good guide to getting them all.

 

Also, is it worth going after any of them?  What do I get if I find them all?

You need Arianna for one of the ending trophies or rather she's one of two npc's that could potentially give you a missable item. I'm not sure what you'll get for saving all the npc's.

There are six that can be sent to "safety":

 

Old Woman - she is in the house by the barking dogs in Central Yharnam

Send to clinic - Numbing Mist and Insight

Send to chapel - Sedatives

 

Arianna - in the bottom misty area of Cathedral Ward

Send to clinic - Numbing Mist and Insight

Send to chapel - Arianna's blood (hp & stam regen)

 

Skeptical Man - across the street from Arianna, he goes to the opposite of where you tell him

Send to clinic - Numbing Mist and Insight

Send to chapel - nothing

 

Adella - in the basement of Hypogean Gaol

Send to clinic - Numbing Mist and Insight

Send to chapel - Adella's blood (hp and hp regen)

 

Beggar - on the roof of the tower in Forbidden Woods

Send to clinic - Numbing Mist and Insight

Send to chapel - beast blood pellets

 

Young girl - in the window in Central Yharnam up the ladders from sewers

Send to clinic - Lead Elixir and Insight

Send to chapel - Red Ribbon/White Ribbon

 

Sending at least one to chapel successfully (they must arrive) - Triumph gesture

Sending all NPCs to clinic - 3 blue elixirs

 

I have tried to avoid spoilers here - I will say that some NPCs do not get along if you send them to the same place, and it's very possible that some will die regardless of what you do.  There are some other drops if they die that I didn't add.  I will say that if you killed Rom and the blood moon appeared, all NPCs you haven't found and sent somewhere will disappear from the game, which may be why you didn't find any of them, if you were moving through the primary storyline quickly.
