Dantes_994
Full Metal Jacket. He was amazing, and no matter what movie you say is the best I would agree but for me Full Metal Jacket is the best one.

Z1MZUM
I really didn't mind 2001 Space Odyssey and the Shining, I just prefer Clockwork Orange and FMJ. 2001 Space Odyssey was 1 creepy film, I did like it.

DrasticAutomatic
Full Metal Jacket personally, although it's been a few years since i've last watched it. Kubrick has one of the most incredible filmographies i've ever seen.
voodoo_eyes
My top three are also part of my favourite movies of all time: Full Metal Jacket A Clockwork Orange The Shining Eyes Wide Shut (good, but not great) Spartacus Lolita 2001: A Space Odyssey (maybe I was too young when I saw it, but at the time I didn't care much for it, also not much of a sci-fi person) The rest I haven't watched, but might actually do so at some point except for "Fear and Desire" and "Killer's Kiss". All of them have something in common though (apart from being directed by the same person), they are ahead of their time and each of those movies is unique. Most other movies you'll end up getting the "I have seen this before" impression at some point. You'll either love or hate Kubrik's movies, there is no middle ground really. I cannot pick just one!, That man was a genius! nevertheless, I love these ones: Dr.Strangelove or: How I learned to stop worrying and love the bomb 2001: A Space Odyssey A Clockwork Orange The Shining Full Metal Jacket Eyes Wide Shut
damon8r351
Truly Stanley Kew-brick, the greatest of directors, missed out on his chance to employ the greatest of actors.

PsychicVibe
They are all great movies.....and what breadth of work....... Some of my favorite quotes: "Just what do you think you are doing Dave?" "I am Spartacus!" "I was cured, all right!" "I'll bet you can suck a golf ball through a garden hose!" "Mein Fuhrer! I can walk!" "No dream is just a dream." "Here's Johnny!"
Sikatiiker
The Shining. This is pretty tough though as Full Metal Jacket is absolutely one of the best war movies out there and Clockwork Orange is not comparable to any else movie I know in almost any way.
