Happy
Really hard to say. I'm trying to decide between Gargoyles, Sif, O&S and Artorias, tending more towards Artorias but i don't want to set that in stone.
Bullstomp
I agree with the OP, I vote for Fattie and Skinny You should have added a poll, it would be nice to have a running tally
Bartolomeus
I prefer the Moonlight Butterfly. It's a combination of the music and the atmosphere. I really like Darkroot Garden and the Basin. It is unquestionably one of the easiest bosses in the game both with and without Witch Beatrice, but it is not the difficulty which makes this boss so remarkable to me. The toughest ones are Four Kings in my opinion. On NG+ I do struggle a bit with them, whereas I could fight most of the other blindfolded in any NG by now... Yes, I have played through this game quite a few times by now...
LittleLamb121
Sif and Ornstein and Smough were awesome fights. I also really enjoyed Quelaag, Artorias and Gwyn as well.
QuentinCle95
In regards to how fondly I remember a boss fight, Sif is definitely number one for me. The aesthetic of the background and Sif itself, the beautiful and fitting music, the boss animations, the preceding cutscene... All perfect. Now, if we're talking about which boss I think was the best fight, I would say Artorias or Kalameet. Both bosses were the epitome of tough but fair in my opinion. DikUln
I like Priscilla the most. This fight is so beatifull and entertaining - naked footprints on the snow, tragic music, atmosphere
