Perform a Chain Shift

Quickly press the D Button twice during Vorpal situations to cause a Chain Shift to occur.

Depending on how much GRD Gauge there is, the EXS Gauge will increase. So, try using it after long-pressing the D Button to increase your GRD Gauge.

Also, Chain Shift can be activated in the middle of certain Special Attacks, which will reduce the time during which you're vulnerable. This is your chance to create some original combos by launching opponents!

 

 Raise Shields

Perform a Shield

(Cannot be done in Training Mode, VS Mode, VS CPU Modes, and Network Modes)

Activate the shield with a Block direction + D. When successfully executed, it pushes you farther away from the opponent, and increases the GRD Gauge. In a pinch? Try to get out using this technique!

I spent about 180 hours trying to plat this game. Plating this got so incredibly boring since on the ps3 version you have to play each difficulty to get the difficulting trophies for both characters making it insanely repetitive. Also the level 99 trophies make you lose your mind with bordeom since even on the hardest difficulty you hit level 40 something by the end of the game with sora and level 30 something for Riku the rest after that is this long grind that takes about 10 hours each if you are using effective methods. On top of that you have to get every card in the game with sora including the enemy cards which just have a random chance of dropping. That being said finally platinumed this game and will not touch it ever again lol
