Shambler Dance is easy to get in the Ogre Citadel. Right after you've gotten the Quad Damage, you are near a room with a shambler below you. Get your nailgun ready for him before you go in. Save before taking the QD.

It Looked Easy Enough - Complete the Challenge Mode

 

 

Colder Than The Devil's Heart - Kill 30 Enemies In 2 Minutes

 

It was about time I finished the Challenge Mode. When I heard the words "neither harder nor easier", I feared about it. Having now finished it, I'd say that's not quite true. If you can get through Hardcore or NYM, this should be a walk in the park. For one thing, it's much easier than Hard. I even learned new tricks that should help in my final playthroughs. The only annoying part was the challenge in Chapter 10 where you have to melee two enemies within a time limit. It may sound easy, but considering that it happens in the room filled with shitload of enemies, it's not that easy. I also accidentally wasted most of my painkillers in the previous section, which made this part a bit harder. Thankfully, if you die a few times, you get an extra painkiller so I decided to take an advantage from it. With a lot of luck and patience, I managed to get through it.

 

I also had some bad luck regarding that trophy. I had to replay Chapter 14 three times. The first two times I reached the part where you fight Becker and his army, I died and the game crashed. Since you have to play the entire chapter from the beginning, this didn't make me exactly happy. My only guess is that if you skip the cutscenes, the game will glitch. I could be wrong. Every other chapter worked without any issues, so why this? Anyway, I decided to see that if it works. When I reached that part for the third time, I didn't skip any of them. I died once because of Becker, but this time the game worked normally and I finally reached the end. Man, how good it feels to reach the end of that mode, though I wish I could say the same about the game.

 

Finally, I popped the last single player trophy I hadn't done. When I played this game years ago, this was the only trophy I couldn't do, no matter what. I tried doing that in Chapter 10 (the bus ride section), but it didn't work for me. Then I found that you can also do it in Chapter 5's boat section. Got it on my 2nd attempt. 

 

So, what now? I still need to clear the game on Hardcore as well do both NYM playthroughs, but I'm going to take a break from this game and focus on other projects for a while. Once I get back in this game, it's time to finish it. Hopefully everything goes right (particularly NYM HC). At least I now have all online trophies done and that's enough to make me happy.

 

One last thing, though. Don't worry if you don't get any rank from the chapter. As long as you finish it, you're fine. The only time I didn't get any was Chapter 12, and the only time I got platinum was Chapter 13, even though I took my time with it.
