You have to use nine guns in the game, two of which are only available as a one time opportunity. On the Patrol Desk, Cole Phelps has to stop a bank robbery, by default he has a shotgun. He has a Colt pistol which he only has while on patrol (you have to drop the shotgun in order to use it), as a detective he carries the Star Model B. There are two types of Thompson and both are required (stick and drum) for the trophy. Finally there is the Flamethrower which is only available near the very end of the game, you have to traverse through rushing water in the sewers and up the ladder to get to the nearest enemy.
