I thought it was a pc localization of the ps3 game? Photon Flowers and Photon Melodies are collections of stories compiled from various âge-soft titles and originally released for the PS3, and we're now porting both collections to the PC in English! If they announce a localization for the photons for vita as well, someone quote me to let me know. They announced their final stretch goal a while ago, and it doesn't seem like they're going to be localizing Photons for Vita (at least in this campaign). Your best option is picking the Steam versions as add-ons if you want to play them in English at this time. (That said though, I hope Photons gets released as Vita DLC or something.) In stretch goals it says "English Localization and Windows port of the PS3 Exclusive Muv-Luv side stories collection." So I would guess we'll get both. If not that description is pretty misleading. Companies have to pay Sony a licensing fee to upload something to the PSN Store, so they're going to want to maximize the amount of copies they sell by opening sales up to as many people as possible. The last day will bring in a lot more money than the previous ones since that's how it usually goes (perfect example is IGA's Bloodstained), so there's a chance we can get the figma and the physical CODEX. That said, I'm very curious as to how they'll go about the figma. That junk was a special release to begin with.
