MMDE
One of the classic and probably most recognizable tracks from the Ratchet & Clank games. I can't remember if this is a remix of earlier versions of the track, but this one from the third game is pretty sweet. 3D Dot Game Heroes got a pretty mixed soundtrack IMO and it attempts to be 8 or 16 bits or something "midi", some great and some not THAT great tracks, but this is one of the better ones. IIRC, this is the one that plays in the desert. You just want to stay there for a while! Crash Bandicoot 2 has a couple of great tracks, and this is one of those... Few has probably heard about this game, namely Zero Divide... That doesn't mean the game didn't have a pretty interesting soundtrack. I quite liked the concept of the game, I just don't know how much I liked the fighting. Not really into fighting games though. Anyway, this is one of the good tracks from the game. This is a shmup game by Nintendo for the original GameBoy. You can only imagine how a shmup plays on the original GameBoy... the game was only released in JP, but this track is a classic, and I think they remixed this one for Super Smash Bros Brawl. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (the first game that is for NGC) has a great soundtrack with a lot of beautiful tracks totally worth a listen. I got the game, and never really got all that far in it. I think I've listened to the soundtrack several times more than I've ever played the game. The game allowed for link cable hook up with GBA IIRC. I borrowed such a cable from a friend once and tried that. Pretty cool... Idk why they couldn't just allow us to use normal controllers... Anyway, pretty interesting game, but the soundtrack steals the show! Anyone who has played the original The Sims game for PC knows this track. One of the tracks that would play while you built and put shit into your house, maybe to block some sims in so they drowned in a pool or starved to death inside some doorless building, or maybe while you put up a lot of cheap grills/ovens next to a lot of burnable stuff to cook... some sims! Ah, the good times! A remix of one of the classic Kirby sound tracks, made for the Super Smash Bros Melee. Played that game to no end with friends this one summer. I'm pretty sure I skipped school once to play it with some friends too. I bought NGC and a couple of controllers for this game alone btw! (got with it two copies of THIS beauty, one is still sealed, for anyone wondering, it has first two Zelda games for NES, and Zelda Ocarina of Time, both original version and Master Quest version, and Majora's Mask) Edited April 2, 2016 by MMDE

MMDE
Never played the game, but I liked this track from Luigi's Mansion. Back when I was interested in playing the game, the only places I could buy the game it was soo expensive, long after release too. =\ This track from the NES game Silver Sufer is an old classic by Tim Follin! Tim Follin did a lot of interesting and cool NES soundtracks back in the days! This is a remix of the track from the first Wipeout game for PS1, another one by CoLD SToRAGE! Good '90's electronic! ;p A cool thing with these games is that you can just put it in your CD player or PC and play/rip it as a music CD! This track is one of the more memorable from Castlevania: Circle of the Moon. Pretty good 2D Castlevania game IMO. Plays a lot like Symphony of the Night, mixed with the older games. I remember I played this game on PC a long time ago, back when it was first released. Defending your home with plants against a zombie invasion has never been as fun, and several tracks from the soundtrack is pretty sweet, this is one of those tracks... MMDE
Probably the best and more memorable track from Super Meat Boy, but idk what happened but the soundtrack was pulled and changed with the PS4 version, I think over some licensing issues with the original composer or something, which was unfortunate. The track kicks ass! If you've ever played Super Mario World, you probably remember this one... Another one of the nice tracks from 3D Dot Game Heroes. I'm pretty sure this version is recorded straight from the game, because the official soundtrack CD is a bit different. It just didn't sound as good IMO! I have this game, Aterlier Totori - The Adventurer of Arland, but never played it haha... But I really like this upbeat track though! Another great track from Ratchet & Clank, but this one is from the original game. There are many nice tracks from Child of Light, many have much of the same melody and instruments etc, sound much the same in some ways, but they usually have some sort of different mood they are trying to express. This is one of those tracks! I never finished Dead Nation, but I really should, anyway, I thought this track was pretty sweet. Fits the heroic, yet hopeless, feel of the game well. Waffle-Sensei
Koi no Yokushiryoku (Love Deterrence) from Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker *snip* This song has sailed it's way to becoming one of my favorite MGS songs along with Snake Eater (MGS3), Heavens Divide (also from Peace Walker), Calling to the Night (Portable Ops), and Can't Say Goodbye to Yesterday (MGS2). *snip* I do love this song though. I also love Flashback (Peace Walker), Snake Eater (Piano) (Peace Walker), and Beautiful Mirage (The Phantom Pain). All such beautiful and emotional tracks. MMDE
A track from Dark Souls, who'd have guessed I'd post one of those??? =P Anyway, not that big fan of this soundtrack as Demon's. I think it has like 5 nice tracks or something, which isn't bad, just not as good as Demon's IMO. Instrumental late 50s early 60s rock version mixed with some jazz of one of the more recognizable Solid Snake/Metal Gear Solid tracks! Never played the game Tower of Heaven, but I thought this bit tune track was pretty nice! Organ Trail is a remake of the old classic Oregon Trail game, but instead of being about the early settlers in USA, it's about zombies! The soundtrack has some pretty sweet bit tune tracks, which really helps on the overall mood. This game was released on PC a good while ago, but was recently released for PS4 too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1IpwakwAbxs This might be my favorite track from Crash Bandicoot 2. A track that plays near the end of Final Fantasy VIII, a long organ solo. Edited April 3, 2016 by MMDE
JaM
Chocobo Racing - Mogri Forest ahhhh... good ol' days (my first Square game[yes, even before FF9 and FF Tactics])... this game is one of main reason why I do love Chocobos and Moogles(of course the other reason is Chocobo Dungeon 2)... and oh.. Shiroma is my first Waifu :3 really sad that the CR 3D was cancelled... Edited March 15, 2016 by JaM

BrunoBomb
I must admit it. I'm in Undertale trash but the musics people do are so great! Hearing all this great music fills you with determination. PS: Sorry if I gave musics of a PC game on a PS forum, but I just wanted to join.

MMDE
A compilation of the beginning track from a lot of Castlevania games. Blue Dragon was one of the first games Nobuo Uematsu (FF games) did the soundtrack for after quitting Square Enix, or at least the first not for Square Enix after quitting. This track is great and shows a totally different side of him as a composer IMO. A classic track from Chrono Trigger. IIRC, it plays on the world map back in 600AD. Great soundtrack and a great game, top 5 for SNES for sure! From Tekken 1... I've never been that huge fan of the soundtrack for the Tekken games, but there's some few nice tracks IMO, this is one of them. I honestly never played Planescape Torment, but I've been recommended it many a time. This track makes me want to play the game though! This game is from the original Divinity game. The recent Divinity: Original Sin is a prequel to this game! The above Planescape Torment game uses the same engine as this one. Enjoy the music! MMDE
I recently replayed this game, Darius Twin, beat it like 3 times or something. It's the first console release in this game series, where the rest has been arcade. Pretty sure one of the sequels have been released for PS4 or Vita, some for PSP too. Anyway, this track kicks ass! ;p IMO, this is the best track from Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch! Katamari!!!! Katamari may look like some garbage cheap trash game, and it may almost be that, it started as a very low budget title to allow some new guys to develop a game for Namco (cheap asses). The games are surprisingly good, fun, addicting and crazy. I think they spent a good chunk of their budget on music, and I think most of the games had music especially made for the games. This is a pretty fun disco track. If you wanna check out this series, and you should, get Katamari Forever for PS3. It's a collection of most of the previous games with some small changes. You'll miss out on some memes n stuff, but not that much. ;p So, Yoshi had it's own big game... Yoshi's Story for N64. It's a nice little platformer, mixed reviews, but it's pretty fun IMO. Anyway, this is probably the best and most recognizable from that soundtrack. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Uhxeihe6AM Never played the game this song is from, but whatever, the track is great. It's from one of the Touhou project games, which is a project series of shmup games for PC! If you've played this game, you may have read my distaste for this game. Looking back at it, it's not that bad, especially once you nail down the gameplay, but the trophies makes it pretty atrocious. This is a nice disco track from the game, which is very fitting for this game! Edited April 3, 2016 by MMDE
