HardXDXtraga
So I finished my Doughnut Drake speedrun with a time of 3 hours and 32 minutes and since the Needer for Speeder trophy only unlocks at 3 hours 30 minutes or less, I started working on losing 2 minutes of my run, which wasn't hard at all. The problem is that now I'm at 3 hours and 23 minutes and the trophy still hasn't unlocked, anyone else having this problem?
ONUOsFan
Can you get it like that, or do you have to do the entire thing from beginning to end?
HardXDXtraga
There are 2 times in the speedrun section, 1 is the continuous speedrun time (mine is 3 hours 32 minutes) and there's the complete speedrun time (mine is 3 hours 23 minutes), I'm pretty sure that's the one that counts since the trophy says "Achieve a Complete Speed Run Time of Less than 3 Hours and 30 minutes" This isn't the only trophy that glitched though, when I was doing the speedrun with doughnut drake I got the trophy for beating the boss without dying even though I did it on easy and the trophy says "Beat the Last Chapter Without Dying on Normal Difficulty or Harder", it glitched in a good way since it popped without me actually doing what it says
Rubieno
I think you need to do an entire playtrough in less than 3 hours and 30 minutes... Chapter select afterwards isn't an option
medenko1975
i think one run, save quit and continue too? same thing here: http://www.playstationtrophies.org/forum/uncharted-drake-s-fortune/276426-continuous-doesnt-mean-one-sitting.html
dalailama1989
Same for me. Had 3:49 with Donut-Drake (got that trophy) and now I'm down to 3:29:54 and didn't get the 3:30 trophy I was pretty sure that's how it was supposed to work, judging the trophy-descriptions. Can't confirm this method for UC1 though, as the time-related trophy popped for me, although I was way over the time. Don't feel like doing another continous run, but well, that's probably what I've got to do.
MMDE
Have you guys tried to do the last level again? May be worth a try, and I know that has worked for similar trophies for other games in the past. Edited October 12, 2015 by MMDE
dalailama1989
Just tried that. Improved my time, but no trophy, though :/ Deleting the game and patch and trying it from a previous savegame doesn't work either. HardXDXtraga
I'll try lowering my time a bit more by chapter select, if it doesn't work then it's second continuous run for me
dalailama1989
I finally completed a continuous speedrun in 3:13:58 and got the trophy.Way to go from my first attempt, which was 3:49:16 With the exception of four chapters (which I already replayed real often) I got better times in the remaining 22 chapters.I think I did pretty well on chapters 1-12, as well as a few later one’s like 24. But there is probably still room for improvement, although I didn’t die once If anyone wants to compare times, here are mine now:01 - 5:2202 - 13:3103 - 5:5304 - 7:1305 - 6:3906 - 12:5307 - 3:0808 - 4:5609 - 4:5410 - 4:2111 - 2:5112 - 5:1713 - 4:5514 - 5:5215 - 4:2216 - 1:1317 - 9:5718 - 10:0719 - 4:2720 - 5:5921 - 2:1722 - 23:4923 - 18:1124 - 5:2825 - 13:0526 - 6:

dalailama1989
Yep, a new complete, continuous run, but on the same savegame (so that the old record times show) Edited October 13, 2015 by dalailama1989
pedronetwork
Can someone tell me what do you exactly need to do to win the 'full speedrun with drake donut' trophy ? Do you just activate Drake Donut right after you start the speedrun ? (beginning of Chapter 1)

I don't see why it would be any different for
captainskyhawk
Speed runs have to be done in one playthrough, you can't improve your time using chapter select afterwards.
medenko1975
when you think you're not happy with your time or you die, just quit and continue from menu......
KingCuervo88
can you use the One Shot kill and Unlimited Ammo tweaks during speedruns?
manumatik
I finished my speedrun yesterday at 3:38, did it in one sit and of course, didn't get the trophy. Not sure about using tweaks, but I guess you can't? Otherwise Hammer all the way.
captainskyhawk
Just got my speed run done in 3.28. I was getting really nervous towards the end, lol. I completed my speed run with donut Drake so I only had to do it once. I thought I had messed up my donut run as I forgot to equip the donut skin when I came back for the second half, but I equipped the skin before I got to the end of the level I was on and the trophy still popped at the end, phew. I didn't use any tweaks or weapon cheats, on easy you don't really need to, just go in aggressive and if you mess up or die just quickly hit pause and restart checkpoint to go again. ipot_04
For those who are still wondering for an answer: You won't get the trophy for finishing a speed run with a time of 3:30 or less IF you use Chapter Select. The Chapter Select only has "PRACTICE Speed Run", the only way to get the trophy is to do a "CONTINUOUS Speed Run" which basically means from the beginning til the end but it doesn't have to be in one sitting so you can just quit anytime you want, just use Continue on the main menu if you want to resume your speed run. Tweaks and Weapon Select are disabled in speed run modes. To answer the OP's question, no, it's not glitched.
