You can do it on different days just be sure to write done your time of your first win, then change your time back closer to that original time you had won. It would be nice to clear up if they need to be in your friend list. *edit* I just got the trophy, confirming you don't have to add people to your friend list, just win 5 times within the hour against 5 different people.
