For Your eyes Only trophy not unlocking

I have been disabling cameras for more than an hour of so and I haven't gotten the trophy. No, I have not been shooting them, I am going to the yellow junction box and disabling them. I even started back on chapter 1 and played until the Barge level and still nothing. I didn't create a new game, just started on chapter one. I want to know some suggestions before I do make a new save. This is getting really annoying because this is one of the last trophies I need for plat. I really hope this trophy isn't glitched and Im just missing something. If anyone has any ideas please tell me. Thanks!

 

EDIT: Tried creating a new game, still no trophy

 

EDIT 2: I finally got the trophy after deleting my save and making it to the Miami Airport level
