Hello guys. A couple days back Santa Monica released a few teasers for a new game. Some jumped to a conclusion that it was their new IP and some (Like myself) thought it could be God of War.

The trailer and announcement has been released. However its not what you may think it is.

The game is called Bound, and its not a Santa Monica game it seems. The information is a little vague at the moment, but Santa Monica often publishes games wich seems to be the case here.

Bound is from a studio called Plastic. They also created the games Datura and Linger in the Shadows. All we know at the moment is that its a collaboration with Santa Monica.

This isn't Santa Monicas big title, but it is the thing they teased. Here is the trailer for the game Bound.

Edit: A lot of info is found on the Playstation Blog and it doesn't even mention Santa Monica so I think its pretty safe to assume they are publishing the game.

Bound is a 3D platformer designed for people with the desire to concentrate on the narrative side of games and experience a mature story. On the other side of the spectrum, Bound is also being prepared for hardcore gamers looking for the challenge of one big puzzle that can be only solved by a community of players working together.

The result: we are going to deliver a “notgame” to you, which is also a game. It’s up to you to decide how you would like to play.

I don't think that is the title if it is atleast they got the disappointment out of the way going in with zero hype now for santa monica.

It isn't their title. They still have God of War IV in development and this is only a title they've published from the studio Plastic. It seems that way, the youtube vid says they are collaborating, so yeah.

It isn't their title so you can stay calm.
