I just finished Chapter 1 and I'm only at 15% and one of the major trophies is 100%ing the game. So yeah, you do need to spare 150 hours or more, doing a lot of stuff. This includes minigames, doing every single heat action in the game, substories, you name it. Not hard per say but its not a walk in the park.
