Welcome ladies, gentlemen, and dragons to this Project Platinum: Dragons. During the last meeting of the great dragons, we've found out the evil dragons are recruiting heavily and are preparing for war. It won't be long before they outnumber our alliance of good dragons. When that happens they will try to annihilate the Alliance and enslave men, dragons, and other mythical creatures. So we've decided to recruit and train dragons too. Here you'll learn all you need to know to be a proper dragon, from reading/writing dragonese to flying and breath control. One day some of you may even rise to the rank of Dragon Gods, join the alliance, and lead your own clan. But the path to a Dragon God is a difficult one and you'll need to train hard.

If you want to create your own Project Platinum, take a look at this thread for the requirements and to get your permission. 

 

 

1. Every platinum has to be earned legit. Hackers will be found out and banned from the event.
2. You only have to complete 1 version (NA/EU/JP) of every game. 
3. The names in the Hall of Fame is by order of sign up. First come, first served. 
4. When a new game is released you'll have to re-earn your place in the Hall of Fame if necessary. The hall of fame requirements will be updated whenever a new game releases.
5. If you want to sign up, please refer for which rank and special emblem you are eligible, and provide the list of your games.
6. If you are part of the Plat Rain Day event, I will accept entries of games were one trophy has yet to be earned. If possible try to leave an easy one as last.

 

For this event only RPG games where dragons are important count. Below is a list of all the games that meet this requirement. This list will be updated every time a new game is released and you have to plat it to re-earn your place in the Hall of Fame. Keep in mind that some games have different names depending on the region.

Some dragons have created a guide to help with your training. If things get too hard, consult these manuals. The games listed in black have no PSNP guide, so feel free to write one if you're working on it. Take a look at the Official PSNP Guide Manual if you wish to create a guide. Dragons who contribute a guide are rewarded with the special rank:  Sensei.

Below are the requirements for every rank. These requirements are subject to change once a new game has been released. The descriptions mention 'unique games', which means obtaining a plat for the PS3 and PS4 version or platting the JP and EU version of the same game only counts as 1 unique game. Once you've platted a new game, let me know and I'll update your stats.

1. Ryu-no-Okami: To become a Dragon God, you need to achieve a 100% completion in all the games listed in the Games section (excluding the 6 games that only count for special emblems and the 3 DLCs that aren't required).  
2. High Dragon: In order to join the High Dragons, you need to plat all 15 games in the games section (excluding those 6 for the special emblem) and achieve 100% in Dragon Fantasy Book I. 
3. Dragon Overlord: Overlords only accept those who have platted 9 games (Dragon Fantasy Book 1 also counts). 
4. Dragoon: Dragoons welcome everyone who have platted at least 4 games (Dragon Fantasy Book 1 also counts). 
5. Drake: Drakes just started hoarding their own treasure pile and have at least 1 plat. 
6. Hatchling: Hatchlings don't have a plat or 100% completion yet. 

 

 

     

The ultimate rank within the dragon society. As a Dragon God, your scales change to a gem colour or either platinum, gold, silver, bronze, depending on your element and preference. Dragons who manage to get this far are allowed to lead their own clan and join the Dragon Alliance. Dragon Gods have a lot of freedom and power, but also a duty to take care of their clan. Besides that, Dragon Gods train High Dragons, so that they may reach the rank of Dragon Gods themselves.

These dragons serve as a Dragon God's inner circle. They each oversee a part of their Dragon God's territory and are tasked with keeping it safe and prosperous. They also train Overlords that have the potential to become High Dragons. The scales from High Dragons glow to signify their position. During war these dragons are the generals in the army. 

 

 

 

 

 

    

Each High Dragon has numerous Overlords that govern parts of the territory. Their job is to make sure money and gems are distributed fairly and train Dragoons to become Overlords. Overlords have dark-coloured scales.

Dragoons are full grown, adult dragons and  do a lot of things within the dragon society. They educate Drakes and Hatchlings, guard treasure rooms, hunt for food, and craft items, weapons, and armours. They also guard hatching grounds and are often send on missions to fight evil dragons. Their scales have light hues and the colour depends on their element.

These young dragons have just hatched. They still enjoy going to daycare and playing with other hatchlings. Their crystal scales are transparent and their element shines through it. Which makes it seems like they're emitting light. Hatchlings are very curious and always want to investigate things.

I like the look of this thread well done! Sign me up, I seem to be a Drake as I only have 2 plats for this (Dragon's Crown and Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning) and I also have the Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Monster Monpiece plats so I'll have those emblems too dood

Sure but DFB1 seems to be included in the less strict plat rank requirements, unless I'm mistaken. Either way, reading through the ranks Dragon seems to be aware that it only has a 100%. I just thought it was only allowed to be games with a platinum that were actually counted for the ranks that affected the leaderboard,
