Freeze at beginning of the game

When i reach the top of the mountain to meet the keeper of the secret, the game started to freeze. Can someone help me to fix this? I really don't know what to do. This is my first time to play this game.

This happened to me too, on the Wii U version though. I just reloaded to the last save point and redid a little bit of it, worked fine after that for me.

Had the same issue. Tried it for three times.

 

I uninstalled the update but due to this I had to start my save game all over again. But it took me only 20 minutes. After passing this error I installed the update again.

I got this problem too. I have the psn-store version. So I can't delete the upgrade. I hope there is another workaround.

My game also crashed at the same place. I tried it several times: with the disc and with the download version, with DLCs/patches and without and started new games a few times. But it always froze at the exact spot.

After I unplugged the LAN cable and played offline it worked! I played 3 hours today with online connection and no further crash occured.
