Why guess when you can just know how the trophies are? There aren't, however, any gamer's inputs over the trophies other than the creator of the guide himself (quote below). I don't think a 4/10 should pose too much of a challenge to anyone. The list in this game is really quite simple, and the majority of the trophies are story related. Complete the campaign and you should have 100%, or close to it. So pretty much: beat the story and make a small clean up = 100% achieved.
