Broforce Trophy List Discussion

The list looks pretty easy, I do like the names of the trophies. A shame about no platinum but who cares, I've heard the game is so much fun.

It's an okay list, but I find it weird that there is only 9 trophies. It makes the game look like it has no content or replay value. 

 

Edit:

For an example of the weirdness I'm talking about look at the "You know how I said I'll kill you last?" trophy. It asked you to do something with a specific character, this trophy feel out of place since there's like 20 character in the game. Where are the other character specific trophies?

I'm happy BF won the vote now. I couldn't imagine me paying top dollar for this game, especially knowing it only has 9 trophies.

That's funny. The PC version has 11 achievements (one missing is finish campaign without dying, the other is for finishing Ironbro campaign on hard).

I think some of the references are great, but then I'd expect no less from a game that's whole point is to reference 80s action heroes.

 

I look forward to earning the plat in this game, oh wait.

Irritated that the game I voted for didn't win, more so now as it has a platinum and this doesn't. Oh well, I'll still enjoy this hopefully.

If it's an issue with a game not having a plat, people should RISE UP, JOIN THE REVOLUTION (I doubt any of you will get the reference, anyways....). Yeah, get Sony to copy Microsoft and give each game the same treatment. Doubt they'll do it, they have no reason too, but it's worth a try?

I kinda get the feeling that someone tells the developers to make two trophy sets for the Vote To Play games. The winner never gets a platinum and the two others or at least one other does...

Shame we only get 9 trophies meanwhile the pc version gets 11 but still I will still play it as I have been eagerly waiting for the game to be released on ps4.

Well people should have voted for ACC. I personally dig. We even had a thread here that it would be only one with a platinum.

Are you surprised? If you need to see how many trophies a "vote to play" title is going to have check the STEAM achievements for that game and it gives you a rough idea how many trophies are going to be there. All 3 titles from this past vote to play all had achievement lists on STEAM and out of all of them only Assault Android Cactus had the possibility of having the only platinum based on it having 29 STEAM achievements and turns out to be the only one. I chose Assault Android Cactus because it looked the most polished and we already got Super Time Force Ultra and Mercenary Kings which are to similar to Broforce.

Isn't the point of games to enjoy them regardless of trophies? I know trophies can make a game more interesting or fun but don't start complaining about a game because it doesn't has enough trophies imo.

I believe teasing / talking shit behind those who are bitching about lacking of trophies and a platinum is really stupid thing to do.
This is a trophy-related forum after all. Broforce seems really enjoyable. Since game looks so good it was a potantially a new plat.
Too bad we didn't get it.

My brother already owns this game on Steam, I have tried it but it honestly doesn't interest me that much. I was kind of hoping for the game to have a platinum since it has quite a bit of content. Will still probably go to the evergrowing pile of games also known as my backlog
