Vincent is not on the first floor of the main building on September 19th as advised in the guide. Does anyone know where his social note actually is? Please check the Overall Walkthrough then search for Vincent (he is available on September 18). The Trophy Guide has 2 sections for Character Notes: 1. List by name (I have a mistake when I transfer the info from Walkthrough to here) 2.
