Eat Your Words Trophy

For some reason, when I push select to enter the manual, I show up as the large "GIRL" - who will not give me the trophy for eating the words. Anyone know how to change me back to 'BOY'? I have uninstalled and re downloaded, with no success.

I have the same problem. Could you please explain how you got it to work?

Press select to get the words up on the screen that must be eaten.

Press triangle to select the boy.

Use L2 to eat the words Noby Noby Boy!.

You must eat the letters in order, one at a time, and only those letters.

I tried those steps but upon pressing select the manual shows up with both Girl and Boy but it only lets me move Girl around while Boy follows her. When pressing triangle it moves them to the front of the words so Girl can eat the words but Boy just follows her around in the manual. It won't let me switch to Boy in the manual idk why.

Ok I got the trophy thanks to info from ballnkamz32. For anyone else who is having this problem in the future what you have to do is delete your saved data and restart the game offline. Then right after the last quiz question bring up the manual with select and there should only be Boy on the screen. Then scroll down to About Noby Noby Boy section and press triangle to move in front of the words. Lastly eat Noby Noby Boy by pressing L2 and you should get the trophy. Note this must be done before the cutscene where you meet Girl or else she will show up in the manual.
