I have picked 38 flowers and then finished Art Class 5 without knowing that you cannot give presents to girls afterwards anymore. My flower inventory is full and the only help I found online was that after Chapter 1 you can give Trent flowers. However, that only worked once. Is there any other way I can give flowers to someone or empty the inventory that I can pick the remaining 12 flowers for the trophy without having to start a new game?

Well.. I didn't now that you couldn't give presents after completing Art 5. Thank god I saw this while I was on it... 

 

Sadly to answer your question, I don't think their is anyway to do what your asking without restarting the game.

Get busted by the school security and after you get sent to the principles office, they take most of your inventory items from you. That's how I did it.
