You need to shoot down the endlessly respawning neutral ships (yellow) and you get some points for destroying the more rare crates, that float around.

I got it by camping around my main base killing them as they spawned.

Your best bet is to this in a 10 vs 10 match.

In the smaller 5 vs 5 every player is needed and the game time is shorter so you will be unlikely to get 2000 worth in that time anyway.

Same here, got it on the first try using a scout. Thanks! But I feel my team lost that particular match as a consequence, as I'm usually very active on the front line. Oopsy, sorry team. Sacrificed them all for a shiny trophy. *sob*
