Final Fantasy X-2 Code

Recommended Posts

I finished FFX and I want to start FFX-2 but I have US version of the game and EU account (meaning I can't reedem my X-2 code).

Does anyone know If there's any way to buy EU X-2 code other than buying new game? I can't seem to find X-2 on the PS Store. Maybe someone here has unused EU code (I know it's unlikely but I could offer my US code :P )

Do you play it on Vita or PS4? If you're playing on Vita you'll unfortunately most likely have to re-buy the game but if you play on PS4 you could just create an US account, redeem the code there and download it to your system. Then you'll be able to play the game with your main account.

EDIT: After taking a look at your profile I assume you don't have a PS4. I'm sorry but I think you'll have to buy the game again then. :(

You could see if anyone can trade you it.  You trade them the US code for the EU code.  That's unlikely though, you are probably going to have to buy a new game if you want to play FFX-2 on your Vita.  It also might be cheaper to buy it retail than on the PS Store, check online retailers like Shopto, Amazon every so often to see if it ever drops in sales.

You really want to play X-2? You sure?

'Cuz... you know... it's X-2...

I know :P But the combat looks really fun.

Just sent you an unused EUR Code. Its an older one. Bought the game pretty cheap but didn't like the second part on the ps2, so i never used the code and only played the original FF X on my Vita

Thanks a lot! :D

If you got an NA code, just create an NA account on your console, then redeem the code on that account, download the game on that account, and play it on your main account. :)

Is that even possible on the Vita?

ps3, ps4 and vita share the same trophy list. so i guess you can play the game on every system with the same code.

so cant u just create an na account download the game and play it on your main account with your ps3?

It's a code for the Vita version of the game, so no. PS3/PS4 have both on the disc. Vita couldn't fit both games on one cart, so it's the only version with a voucher code(as far as I know). Normally, the 2 games are a package deal. And no cross-buy.

Anywho, glad things worked out for you, OP. Hopefully, you enjoy it. I still fully intend to play X-2 again, at some point. I liked it, back in the day. :)

The Sly Collection on vita.

Sly 1 and Sly 2 are on cart, Sly 3 is a voucher. At least for ntsc, not sure if the europe version is the same way.

At least the best 2 games where put on cart.

Minecraft: Playstation Vita Edition and MLB 15: The Show are also voucher only, even though they have a retail release.

http://gimmegimmegames.com/2014/04/sly-cooper-collection-vita-download-sizes-revealed/

According to this site Sly 1: 3,3 GB, Sly 2: 1,7 GB ans Sly 3: 2.26 GB

this site states that FFX: needs 3,4 GB and X-2 needs another 3.3 GB

looks like 5 GB is still ok for a cartridge but 6,7 GB is already too much to handle

I've read vita carts only use a 4GB card. So anything that is bigger then that, or is too close to it, = we miss out on it being psychical.

Can you find anywhere it talks about the size for Ratchet and Clank trilogy on vita? I always wondered why it didn't get a psychical release iover in the US.

879 MB

1160 MB

1453 MB

I don´t think to big is the issue here. Maybe just afraid of not selling enough of those?

yes it is rumored to be changed to 8 GB in the near future. Just people gossiping maybe.

Dang so 3.49GB, should have fit. Pal got it.

Ratchet is more popular then Sly and Jak, think we just screwed by there thinking it would sell bad.

You are welcome. I hope you enjoy the game :)

I'll probably take a short break from FF and play some Trails of Cold Steel and then start X-2. Thank you again. You really saved me a lot of trouble :)

Oh, so it's the Vita version? Was posted under PS3.

I don't think there's even a board for the Vita version  ;)

Ahhh. So that's where the confusion came in. I wasn't even paying attention to what section it was in. :/ But yeah, X-2 Vita being on a voucher is why I ultimately ended up getting the PS4 version.

I meant the only version of the X/X-2 collection. :)
