For a game I feel like I’ve been excited to play for the past three years I’m finding that I just don’t like it very much. The melee combat is awful, if you dodge in any direction other than backwards you can no longer see your enemy. And for some reason I don’t want to just shoot enemies, I want to engage in the melee option. There is some god awful noise you make every time you pick something up (and you have to pick sooo much stuff up that they made it so you just literally hold down the button and walk around areas so your character can just suck it all up) it’s got to be one of the most irritating noises in gaming and it’s almost near constant. My playstation has been on now for five or six days straight I think and it’s just paused. I’ve got dark souls 2 just sitting on my shelf and it’s giving me the eyes constantly. I just keep thinking how much fun From Soft games are, but I know if I switch games now I won’t be coming back to this dull and irritating mess. So yeah, I’m struggling a bit. Taruta13 Posted May 17, 2023 Share Posted May 17, 2023 Ignoring everything I am doing for Kill Your Completion, I am currently working on Ni No Kuni Remastered. I have had this physical copy for a year now and it's about time I got rid of it, so I started the game fresh(I earned the first two trophies a year ago) and began going through it again. It is a bit of a grind and, since it's on the PS4, I can't utilize the death abuse dupe to get the half a million guilders early, so I'm strapped to RNG at the casino. Just finished the Campaign on Normal and I'm now doing the Bounty Hunter Mode which is pretty fun, although there is some tricky challenges that took me a few tries. So far so good, just running around the map and picking up everything, seems like I won't necessarily have to use a second screen. Bit of a shame but I'm still going to work towards 100% as I'm really enjoying it. Not sure I'm going to 100% it, I have the DLC but people make it sound super tedious and just the typical idea of, main game is approachable and the DLC is far harder than anything else you played up to that point. Not sure what im gonna play next, probably knock out megaman battle network 3 blue version for my battle network vol 1 legacy collection plat for 850(which will leave just 3 white version)and see whats coming(or leaving) playstation plus premium to see what quick games i can knock out as filler as i intend to space out these battle network games to make 900 battle network collection vol 2 plat(like every 8-9 plats do a battle network game) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
