Do so via phone or chat and hopefully they fix the issue. We must get many 'Me Too' replies to get EA's attention like we did in the past (maybe 40 Me toos are fine) then EA will have to make a move and fix the problem again. Also, contact support via chat and phone; that's the way we got it back last year. By the way, can you guys help me with a unobtainable trophy in NCAA Football due to server issues? Don't plan on going for online trophies, just wanted to help you guys get a resolution and be able to get these trophies- this is why online trophies suck sometimes!
