What scene and cut do i have to do to farm exp. Getting to level 99 is such a grind

 

Pretty much any scene and cut is decent for grinding, but you probably shouldn't focus on grinding because most "multiplayer" missions can be beaten at levels 50-60. Instead, focus on getting all dialogues, all treasures, and the 1 dark history part story mode provides while cheats are on. If you've done all of that, then you should be strong enough to handle multi and get treasure there (focus on the easy missions, before doing the harder ones). Level 99 will come naturally as your hunt for dark history parts and treasure comes to a close (The entire process is extremely boring, but since you barely need to do anything more than mash 1 button the whole time, you can watch some anime while doing this).

Personnaly i used Scene 11-8 to do it, its about 10-15 seconds depending on the character you use (with the 1hit KO on) and gives around 52k EXP. it isn't that long to grind 99 there.
