Free DLCs?

I saw that in DOCTOR STRANGE and BLACK PANTER's gudes the user says that those DLC are free. I dunno if they are free in other stores but in the Italian are 2.99€ each! The only free DLC is ANT-MAN

Ant Man is free on PS4, but any other DLC is for $. Season Pass is $9.99 and if you buy that then the cost will show FREE for those DLC items. Season Pass would have to be bought in different stores, so in only the one's you bought Season Pass DLC is "FREE", but it's not free in the other region stores.  Also there's PS3 and PS4 platform versions of the game, all DLC is a separated via platform, not cross-buy at all.

I think his biggest concern is the price of the DLC, not the quality of the guide. Anyway, i've checked in Italy, UK and US, and the DLC is not free in all of these stores.

 

Maybe they're free for Season Pass owners? Sometimes many "store update" sites report certain new content as "free" but in most cases it's only free for Season Pass owners.

 

And not just for this game, even stuff like the latest Naruto/DOA5LR addons and so on.
