How many power ups weapons are there in table top racing

Well guys i have been playing this game for a while.. and max number of power up weapons which are availaible are 7..

1. Freeze

2. Nitro

3. Rockets

4. Targetting rockets

5. Oil spill

6. Bombs

7. Electric charge.

But game in its summary said 8 power up weapons.. so are there 7 only or the 8th is going to unlock later??

its the one ability that you get when your somewhat last that shoots a lazer down at the people in front

when you are last place, you can get a power up that slow poeple down for a really long time, (I thought it was a nuke). Much like the bullet bill works in mario kart to give you a really strong power up to come back, that you never need in the events
