Utility Man Trophy Question.

I have heard this trophy is glitched and miss-able. 

 

I have read that toward the end of the game current assassination missions will become unavailable making this trophy unobtainable. 

 

Right now here are my statistics for the game. 

 

Game Completed: 65%

 

Main Missions: 21/32 

 

Buddy Missions: 10/12

 

Side Missions: 21/40 (Not sure how many of these are assassination missions. I heard there's only 12.)

 

My Question is. 

 

Is there a chance I didn't miss any and I just have to keep playing the story to unlock more? 

 

or am I going to have to start over from a previous save? 

 

Note: The last mission I completed was the one where you have to blow up the bridge. 

 

I have the disc version of this game.
