Battlefield or Call of Duty. What will you be preordering

Battlefield 1.

Infinity Warfare is no more a Call of Duty what i loved. Black Ops 3 was the end for me. No more futuristic shit! The developers said the movement system will be the same as BO3 was. The Specialists was fun, but the cod points and other shit are destroyed the game for me. Battlefield 1 multiplayer looks good and i can't wait to play the beta, or the full game! Same for Titanfall 2. But i'll check IW multiplayer when they'll show something.

I will get both because you can count on them to be solid games. I worry for Infinite Warfare though because its being handled by Infinity Ward, who is by far the worst of the three working on the series right now.

Here's to hoping they keep to Invasion mode, which is easily better than Zombies mode. If they make a strong upgrade system it could be really good.

As for Battlefield 1, I'm perhaps not as excited as everyone else. I think vehicles have a very love/hate relationship in online multiplayer games, and so I usually avoid vehicular matches in Battlefield whenever possible. I liked that in Hardline they were useful but not godlike unlike a lot of the other entries. This is totally not happening in BF1.

At least both will be better than Muppet No.9, rest assured if that.

Battlefield as COD has become pointless over the years, would love to play the original MW for the mile high mission again but refusing to buy another game to play it. That and I can not stand games without dedicated servers.

None . I'll never preoder or even consider buying any of COD or BF titles , it's a waste of money for me . I tried both franchises to make up my mind , i got COD 4 MW on PS3 for free given from a friend , played a bit didn't appeal to me , put it towards reducing the price by 20 euros on my pre-order of MGS V : Phantom Pain on launch . Had Battlefield 3 borrowed for a week to play and only played like 3 hours and given up . I also have played COD MW 3 cause some friends when used to come  my home , didn't shut up for us to play it and so i had to pratically go with the flow .

I'm callin' bullshit here with all due respect. Impossible for COD 4 to reduce the price 20 euros. Its a 2007 game, good luck making a fiver off of it.

I mean just look at this: http://www.gamestop.com/ps3/games/call-of-duty-4-modern-warfare/65512

Nah my friend it was 20 euros discount on any ps3 game you would offer on Media Markt here in Portugal , they tend to do that campaign on pre-order releases for many   PS3/Xbox360 games in the past and now for PS4 and Xbone ones like MGS V TPP for PS3 was 60 on launch i preorder and return COD 4 MW and only payed 40 .

Neither. Never liked shooters,

I also never really liked the idea that there are some games everyone must like (which is kind of the vibe I'm getting from your question). Some people just like stuff a bit off the beaten path. And hence why I hate console bundles, 99,99% of the time, they come with some AAA game I have no interest in that's only needlessly making the price higher.

Well said ! Totally accept and also agree myself with your point of view  ;)

Neither

Battlefield 1 = not interested in WW1 + EA. I am interested in 2142 sequel.

COD Infinite Warfare = to expensive $60 + $40 for a game.

So I'm getting Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Collectors edition.

Yes, yes 100 dollers anyway, but steelcase + statue is worth it.

I'm not too sure. I have been steadily losing interest in the Call of Duty series although I continue to buy the games. Battlefield 1 looks pretty fun, but I'm not sure the time to play either game will be available. If I find time however, definitely looking forward to Skyrim: Remastered for the PS4

  • 3 weeks later...

I'll get Infinite Warfare because of the MW Remaster a month early on PS4.

But I'll give IW a try.. It can't be that bad.

As for Battlefield 1, I'll play the beta.

However, I always get the BF games when the 'Complete' or 'Premium' edition comes out with all the DLC,

and of course, all the bugs of the release year are properly adressed. (Remember BF4 xD )

I still think people are going to be wrong about IW. It will be surprising good and something different.....but the MW is the main attraction B)

Pre-Ordering Battlefield 1 ..

Honestly I don't see the appeal of COD anymore the last one I got was Black ops 2 and I played maybe 10 minutes of it?
(Had MW3 Black Ops 1 and 2)

Black ops 1 I loved for the zombies

But honestly after I played Battlefield I was like why is COD even a thing? This is like 10x better you have to think strategy its not just run around and shoot things and even then battlefield has game modes where you can just do that?
So I say again IDK why COD is still a thing.
