There's an IGN guide that has all recipes and says it's in stage 4, Cornelius, but it's from the PS2 version. So maybe it's not in chapter 4 now? I just found a new guide that was posted 7 hours ago. And apparently it's in Gwendolyn stage 4. I'll see when I get home. And hopefully today I'll have the platinum. Still can't believe I missed one thing. I combed every map making sure it was complete.
