"On a standard difficulty"

Many of the trophy descriptions specify that they can only be unlocked "on a standard difficulty." Does anyone know what exactly this means? Do you just have to play on any preset difficulty settings, or above some minimum difficulty?

I asked this question on their forums and the reply from a developer was.

 

Hi everyone,

 

A "standard" difficulty is any difficulty setting other than "Custom", so "County", "Federal" and "Supermax".

I can confirm I started my prison on the 'County' difficulty and trophies have been unlocking fine.

Changing any setting while on "county", "Federal" and "Supermax" will change your settings to Costum. and will NOT give you any trophies except for the gangs related one (as gangs are not part of any of the standard difficulties)
