Glitched Final Quest?

In ZTD, there are a grand total of 2 quests in the pod room. The photo of the Zero Doll by screw port unlocked by completing the puzzle, and then the note on the floor that says "Strike". However, whenever I pick it up, it says "???" and it's the final quest. Therefore, blocking me from getting the platinum. Anyone else having this problem?

Did you by chance get the hammer? It might be that you haven't solved the mini puzzles where you have to slide the colored blocks to unlock the hammer.

He's talking about a quest file rather than quest itself.

Few questions:

1) How do you know that the note says strike?

1.1) Did it show it when you picked up or you just saw it on the floor?

1.2) Can you see it in your quest file?

2) Were you guessing any of the previous puzzles?

3) Are you completely sure this is the final quest file and you haven't missed any prior to this one?

Sort your Quest Files by room, and then check again. It's possible you're actually missing a note somewhere completely different.
