Friend or Foe : doesn't pop

Hi everybody,

 

I found a friend for the achievement of the Friend or foe trophy.

Then we play together in battle mode (twice), and... nothing.

 

Is there anything else to do ? Do I need to reach a certain level ?

My friend already have this trophy. Can it be the reason ?

Trophy unlocks upon returning to the Main Menu after you complete an offline race according to the .org guide. Not sure if the offline part was a typo and they meant online but it is worth trying both options.

Ok... just after restart the game this morning to try your tip... the trophy pops.

I'm having this issue as well friend or foe doesn't pop whatever I do. I'm already level 16 and have raced offline and online after racing with a friend. Don't have any idea why it's not popping

If I remember correctly you have to be sure that your PSN-friend is listed in the game's leaderboard as a friend, too. And only after that you will earn the trophy for doing an online race with a friend.
