D'Qar 3 truck builds problem

On D'qar one of the gold brick requirements wants me to destroy 3 forklift looking cars, but the 3rd one doesnt give me the circle icon to build it. Did this bug out for anyone else and if so how did you resolve it. Also on Star killer base it says there are 10 carbonites but there are none showing up on the map anymore even though i only have 9 of them. Im at 75% complete and if the game has definitely broke im not going to continue unless there is a way i can 'unbreak' it.

 

EDIT: Got the carbonite, the only one in the game that requires you to do another mission before it for it to appear.
