I assume it's for all regions and systems, but I only have the HK PS4 version so I can't check. I heard reaching Owner level 50 can be a little bit of a grind, so if anyone was thinking of getting this game, now may be the best time to do it. I just assumed the bonus at the end was giving me an extra 4x the amount of experience I got while playing the vacation. Still, it's a lot of bonus experience.
