My friend came up with a paranoid way to get this trophy and it worked for all 3 of us when we got it, I boosted this game as 3 of us using 2 PS3s each and Tooled up never glitched for any of us. The paranoid way is to not check your dog tags or unlock any weapons along the way and to never pick up a weapon from the ground while playing a match. If you have to reboot 5 times and still never get the trophy then it'll be an unobtainable trophy on your list. Good luck, sucks that the capture the relay boosting method doesn't work now, it was by far the fastest way to get level 45/50 for the respective trophies.
