It's still possible to 100% if you have bought the game and all the DLCs at some point since you then can access them in your download list. But if you are like me and only bought some of the DLCs back in the day so are you out of luck now since you can't buy the DLCs anymore thus making 100% unobtainable. Because it is technically still achievable and with the current description on the post people may think the server is dead and hence unachievable even if they got the DLC. That in fact was my reasoning, "Why is this listed if the servers are up?". ? Same case with Scott Pilgrim Vs The World, all the trophies are still achievable if you got the DLC before it was delisted from the store, but unachievable for people who didn't get it in time.
