Why ps3 version is way better then ps4 version ?

I have both but love the ps4 version way more, It's not a stupid Ipad port and it has that san andreas feel to it. The orange lightning the storms etc.

I feel the driving cluncky and unstable at times on PS3 version like when you hit a post , the car spins around too much . The Auto-aim and free-aim selection looks broken imo . The camera also seems like moving around in a awkward way , maybe that's the sensetive i have selected (50%) . I find some issues with the PS3 version that i'm struggling and i'm not sure that's cause of beign an Android/IOS port or cause i'm just not used anymore to this kind of outdated gameplay nowadays .
