Edunstar84
Is it just me, or does this trophy list look exactly like the first one? Edited August 28, 2016 by Edunstar84
Undead Wolf
Well they aren't exactly the same, but a lot of the trophies are pretty similar. I hoped that they would maybe put more effort into the trophy images this time around, but unfortunately not. It makes sense that the lists are similar, considering how alike the two games are. If you took images from both games and mixed them up, you probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I don't really know what they could of done to make it both different and interesting to be honest. The first game had a pretty satisfying platinum, so I don't see this one being any different. That's okay with me.
sephirothdude
Its a shorter game though?
ab4h4r4k1
It is just similar, having the same amount of challenge IMO. Honestly, trophies here are just a treat since the story and characters development are what really matters. Its a shorter game though? That was my first impression by looking at the story progression trophies - it has 7, while the first game has 8 - but in the end I am really not worried about it. There is so much to be told, so many places to visit (group B's field study locations especially), characters whose background was poorly or not explored at all... Seriously, Trails of Cold Steel 2 will not disappoint.
ShadowStar83x
A lot are similar, but the lists aren't exactly the same. Its a shorter game though? It'll probably be a shorter plat at least since no 100 hour trophy this time.
Saionji
Is it just me or anyone else got surprised about this game... I havent seen a single news about it but its nice there is gonna be more jrpg on ps3. I like devs that support past gen consoles as long as possible, just like Atlus released Persona 4 very late on PS2 and yet it was one of the best games PS2 had to offer. I've been looking forward to this game ever since the first one came out. I'm surprised they didn't go the Tales or Persona 5 route and just release the game on both PS3 and PS4. It's on Vita too of course, but you have to wonder how many more copies the game would of sold with a PS4 release. In the case of the Tales games, the PS4 version sold way more than the PS3 one. Well in the west anyway. It suprises me you haven't seen anything about it. Satoshi spammed the whole forums with that. That's our Satoshi for ya. Satoshi spammed the whole forums with that. Not really with Sen, though It'll probably be a shorter plat at least since no 100 hour trophy this time. You can easily spend 100 hours here as well. Unless you go for Nightmare run from the start (which I wouldn't recommend to anyone), the overall time for both playthroughs ends up on 100 and more That's our Satoshi for ya. Me and my Kiseki, what would one expect? Edited August 28, 2016 by Satoshi Ookami

My Europe copy has been sent but for this item I was unable to pick Express postage so I am not sure just yet and have not heard much about it this time around. I'm sure you probably know by now, but it looks like the NA and EU versions share the same trophy list this time around. I'm kind of disappointed if I'm honest. I would of liked to stack both versions, but it looks like that's only going to be possible with the first game. Now I'm not sure if I should import both games from North America like I was planning to do.
Rayxtr
The EU and US version do indeed share the same trophy list this time sadly. I own a US PS3 copy and bought this week the EU vita version. I've not tested if they share the savedata either though. Now I'm not sure if I should import both games from North America like I was planning to do. After I posted this my Europe copy arrived, I have so much disapointment when I installed the game only to see the US trophy list load, I stacked the first game and was getting ready to stack the second game, had the platium trophy set for a milestone and I just felt lost after that install and then cancelled my Vita pre order. The EU and US version do indeed share the same trophy list this time sadly. I own a US PS3 copy and bought this week the EU vita version. I've not tested if they share the savedata either though. Only the EU save loaded for the Europe version the NA save did not show. But that was as far as I got, given I already have the US plat for the second game I see no need to for the Europe copies now
