I don't have the game so I am not sure what the issue is but I do have someone on my friends list that just got the platinum the other day so I do know they aren't totally glitched. I read sometimes you have to uninstall and reinstall the game and you'll have to do it over. That being said, there's some new updates coming. Maybe that'll fix things a bit.
