Mafia III Trophy Discussion Thread

So the list is finally out. Whats your thoughts on it?

 

Imo they took fairly easy to get.

Half the list appears to be basically story spoilers for anyone who doesn't want to see that.

Fair number of directly conflicting trophies as well, possibly requires multiple playthroughs

Looks like a lotta action in this game.Im surprised there's no trophy for completing the game on a certain difficulty.I hope this game is fun like Mafia 2 but either way im buying it anywayz

Edit : actually I'll take that back. That poster on top of that damned roof in mafia 2 was the worst thing ever. No amount of playboys could make up for that

Aww the design of the trophy images is so dull. After how nice Mafia II's were I was excited and hoped this would be as good. Oh well, not a big deal I suppose, will still get the game at some point. Not going to read the trophies though since there's spoilers apparently.

Looks like it might warrant multiple playthroughs (or saves) which is fine by me. Looks like it's a fun game anyway. Also no collectibles. Is this a sign there's a golden age of trophy hunting on the horizon?

Wow for F sakes multiple play-through trophies suck. Especially on open world games. I just want 1 save to play on and enjoy without having to worry about trophies with my open world games. This sucks. If I'm going to drop dozens of hours into a game I don't want to have to do it all over again. This might put me off from buying it.

Didn't look to avoid spoilers but I'm glad that there's no MP trophies. If it needs multiple playthroughs then that's ok as long as the game is awesome.

Looks like 2K got themselves one more preorder, definitely buying it

I really like them. No collectables, no multiplayer, no difficult trophies. Multiple playthroughs is ok if they are different one from another.

It looks like an easier Platinum than Mafia II due to the lack of collectibles or difficulty related trophies. The trophy for getting eaten by an Alligator reminds me of the trophy you get in GTA V for getting eaten by a Shark

Anyway, everybody seems to think this list is easier which is a great sign but I've never played a Mafia game before. Is this list still easy or at least doable for new players such as myself? I'm getting this for free so I thought might as well commit to it haha.
