You need to rank up a grand total of 37 times with 23 days remaining. If you rank up twice a day most of the times, you'll make it. You don't have enough days to do Temperance, Hanaged, Fortune, and Emperor at the same time. You would also be cutting it really close with Death. No, what people mean is that in the game the story progresses through days in the game and you have a set amount of time to complete the social links. Social links = partnership level with NPCs. It's possible, I believe you have until February 5. You need to rank up a grand total of 37 times with 23 days remaining. Even with the best answer, there is no guarantee your rank always raises.
