Thanks in advance. You can get HVTs from NEAR by someone sending HVT to NEAR. I can't remember if other one needs to complete HVT mission again before s/he can send it though. I think these days you can only receive items via NEAR from people at your friend list. It doesn't matter where they are from. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
