Vegelbud Memorial Derby

So I had just finished the side quest with Triss at the Vegelbud Estate and thought since I was in the area I could clear the Vegelbud Memorial Derby off my log as well. So I meditated until daylight but there was nobody at the starting line. I checked my quest log to pin the quest because I thought I was in the wrong area, but the quest was gone completely. I checked to see if I had a save from before I started the side quest, but of course not. I headed back to Novigrad to see if I had to pick up another flyer in Hierarch Square to get the derby quest back, but that pavilion was gone. So I shut the game off a bit to take some deep breaths, came back later, meditated in the square for an hour, then checked my quest log and the Vegelbud Memorial Derby quest was back, I could pin it, and find where I needed to go to start it. So just so you know, if you do the same thing and this happens, try restarting the game if you don't have an earlier save.
