Sweet Dreams & Cowboy trophies not popping

The trophies "Sweet Dreams" (breed 30 sheep) & "Cowboy" (breed 20 cows) didn't pop for me.

 

I originally bought 10 of each animal, and after eventually breeding the required number of pigs, I got the respective trophy just fine, however the same didn't happen just now with the other 2 animals. I don't remember exactly what I was doing at the time, but I there's a chance I was doing a mission for another farmer as the final animals were born.

 

Anybody else have this issue and/or know possible causes or fixes? Will I need a new playthrough?

 

Update:

Randomly got the Sweet Dreams trophy after my 64th bred sheep.

 

Update 2:

Got the Cowboy trophy on my 41st bred cow.

Yeah something is screwed up..i bought 50 of each animal and the pig trophy didnt pop for me until i had 180 pigs 

And i have only gained like 8-10 sheep and cows in that time

Interesting, it's good to hear the trophy did pop eventually for you. Hopefully this means I can just keep breeding them until the game figures it out.
