I mean for Guru as an example, protecting his place from attacks and all that, I wont get the Super Namek form right? Just... protecting his house? You can raise your power (which increases the maximum stats by 25 so max stat would be 125 instead of 100) And I believe if you do it 10 times you get something for an extra story mission.
